Jennifer Lee from the United States Census Bureau?s Community and Partnership Education Program
Jennifer is based in Orange County and works with leaders in the community to shape the future through accurate funding and representation for Orange County. She will explain some of the ways that the census can benefit the business community as well as talk about the part and full-time employment opportunities available for 2020.
The 2020 decennial census conducted by the United States will help provide a basis for distributing grants for economic development as well as provide valuable information on the potential customer base of businesses including income levels, household size, home ownership. This data can then help companies decide on ideal locations and pricing strategies.
Beginning in mid March this year, the community can make a profound impact in the upcoming 2020 census to ensure a complete and accurate population count in the City of Cypress.
