Shea Properties' Cypress City Center is a proposed mixed-use, 13.29-acre development located in the city of Cypress at the northeast corner of Siboney Street and Katella Avenue. Cypress City Center will transform a currently vacant parking lot into a vibrant town center that includes luxury apartments, a movie theater, retail shops and restaurants, and a hotel.
