Dan is from Thousand Oaks, California. His father was an accountant and his mother helped found McDonalds and Taco Bell. He is a UCLA alumnus and is still actively involved there. He is single and lives in Long Beach.
Dan has been a Commercial Real Estate practitioner since 2000, concentrating on Retail/Commercial/ Industrial properties in the Greater Long Beach Area. He has owned several businesses, including a medical administration corporation, factories, a recording company, an import/export company and laundromats. As a former small business owner, Dan is committed and knows what it takes to achieve his client’s goals. Dan works with the knowledge and tools earned through comprehensive education and experience. He can streamline the process of real estate investment to increase cash flow and returns for investor clients. He has broad knowledge of all asset classes, including Land, Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-family and Business Opportunity, and has closed transactions in all of them.
